This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations. Private Customer information (credit cards numbers) will not be kept on file for more than time then required to complete the transaction. We do provide a customer login facility that will provide you with the ability to store your billing and shipping information if you choose to do so. We do not require this function which can only be activated by the customer. We do not store Credit Card information in this function. For security reason we require that you enter in your credit card number manually for each purchase.

The e-mail address you provide to us when ordering is used for order confirmation as well as follow up to make certain you are satisfied with your purchase. We periodically send out discount coupons to existing customers via e-mail. We understand that you may not want to receive these discount notifications. Simply e-mail remove@edogsncats.com to be deleted from this list.

Children's Privacy

eDOGSnCATS.com is a general interest site on Pet Care or Training Equipment and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. However, we do not take specific steps to protect the privacy of children who disclose their personal data to us. We have implemented data protection practices and technical measures to protect all the personal data that we have under our control.
